  • Assembling or possessing,
  • Chemicals that may be used to manufacture a controlled substance in schedule I or schedule II,
  • With the intent to manufacture.
Potential Penalties:

Illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs is generally a third-degree felony and may be penalized by a prison term of 9 months to 60 months and a fine of up to $10,000.
