  • Owner of a vehicle,
  • Allowing the vehicle to be used in a drug abuse felony offense
Potential Penalties:

Permitting drug abuse can be either a felony of the fifth degree or a first-degree misdemeanor and can be penalized by up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $2500.
