Procuring ORC § 2907.23

Definition of Procuring:
  • Knowingly and for gain,
  • Enticing or soliciting another to patronize a brothel, or
  • Getting a prostitute for another person.
Potential Penalties:

If found guilty of procuring, it is generally a misdemeanor of the first degree and as such, is penalizable by up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
