Promoting Prostitution ORC § 2907.32

Definition of Promoting Prostitution:
  • Facilitating engagement in sexual activity for hire; or
  • Supervising, managing, or controlling activities involved in sexual activity for hire; or
Potential Penalties:

Promoting prostitution is generally a felony of the fourth degree. If found guilty, promoting prostitution is penalizable for 6-18 months in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
