Unlawful or improper sale of pseudoephedrine product ORC § 2925.56

Defined:
  • Retailer or terminal distributor of dangerous drugs,
  • Knowingly,
  • Selling,
  • Pseudoephedrine product or ephedrine product that is greater than:
    • Three and six tenths grams within a period of a single day; or
    • Nine grams within a period of thirty consecutive days.
Potential Penalty:

Unlawful or improper sale of pseudoephedrine product is a misdemeanor of the first, second, or third degree and can be penalized by a prison sentence of up to 180 days and a fine of up to $1000.
