Definition of Using weapons while intoxicated:

  • Carrying or using a gun or dangerous ordinance,
  • While intoxicated.

Potential Penalties:

Using weapons while intoxicated is a misdemeanor of the first degree and can be penalized by up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
