Definition
- Possessing a firearm,
- In any room in which any person is consuming alcohol, or
- In a premises for which a D permit has been issued,
- Unless in possession of a concealed carry permit.
Potential Penalties
Illegal possession of firearm in liquor permit premises is a felony of the fifth degree and can be penalized by up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $2500.
