Illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance ORC § 2907.323

Defined:
  • Photographing a minor who is not one’s child, in a state of nudity, or
  • Possessing or viewing such material.
Potential Penalties:

Illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance is a felony offense and is penalized by up to 8 years in prison and a fine of $15,000 per illegal image. There are also mandatory sexually oriented offender registration requirements for anyone convicted of this type of offense.
