Daniella Prosser
About
Daniella Prosser was born in Chardon, Ohio, and graduated from Notre Dame Cathedral Latin. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Ohio University, where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science pre-law. During her time at Ohio University, she also earned a certificate in the Law, Justice, and Culture Program, a selective program admitting 25 students annually to study the role of law within social, political, economic, and cultural contexts. Daniella worked for the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office while in undergrad as a victim advocate working closely with prosecutors and victims in criminal cases.
Daniella continued her education at Capital University Law School, under full scholarship, graduating in 2023. She began working at Funkhouser Law in 2021, working as a law clerk during her first year of law school. After being sworn in to practice in November 2023, Daniella joined Funkhouser Law full-time as an associate attorney. Daniella is working with Mr. Funkhouser on criminal cases while also handling domestic relations cases for clients of the firm.
