Promoting Prostitution ORC § 2907.32
Definition of Promoting Prostitution:
- Facilitating engagement in sexual activity for hire; or
- Supervising, managing, or controlling activities involved in sexual activity for hire; or
Promoting prostitution is generally a felony of the fourth degree. If found guilty, promoting prostitution is penalizable for 6-18 months in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
